Thanks to magic Stripe API all funds are going directly to the promoter Stripe account. The whole process is 100% automated. We don't hold any of your money from your tickets.

In Ireland, tickets below 10 Euros have a special rate 0.4% + €0.25, or 0.26% excluding Stripe.
If you choose to charge Stripe fees the ticket buyer, the final value may vary slightly. We calculate Stripe charge before the transaction takes place. We use the calculations exactly the same as on Stripe's official website, but it is a matter of rounding amounts or paying with a card in another currency. The exact value is available in our sales report.

First option is including Stripe processing fee, second option is if you decide to cover Stripe fee. That can be setup individually for the each event.
